If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me.
Matthew 16:24

We join with our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world, making continual prayers for their faith in the face of persecution.

Prayer for the Nations

This month, we ask that you join us in praying for Christians in a small country in Central Asia.  This country, formerly part of the Soviet Union, has reverted to its Islamic roots.  There are a small number of evangelical believers, but they are persecuted -- often by their own families.

Prayer Points:
  • Increased faith
  • Boldness to share the Gospel
  • Protection from physical harm
  • Favor with Muslim family members, neighbors, and leaders
  • Knowledge, Wisdom, & Discernment
  • Joy to be their strength
  • Support & Encouragement from other Christians
  • Provision for daily needs (housing, food, work, income)
  • A major harvest for the Kingdom of God
